Podczas tej prezentacji przyjrzymy się Rustowi, nowej, błyszczącej gwiazdce na polu języków programowania. Konkretnie, chcielibyśmy zrozumieć, dlaczego Rust stał się najlepszym językiem do zastąpienia C/C++.
Przedstawione zostaną szczegółowo dwa przykłady:
(i) Wypełnianie szablonu tekstowego z bazy danych SQL oraz
(ii) Tworzenie rozwiązania dla Sudoku.
Wykład odbędzie się 19 maja 2023 roku (piątek) o godzinie 13:00 na Politechnice Opolskiej, ul. Prószkowska 76 budynek P5 sala 101 1 piętro.

We invite Employees and Students to a lecture to be delivered by Dr. Helmut Podhaisky from the Chair of Numerical Mathematics at Martin Luther University Halle-Saale, Germany.
During this presentation, we will explore Rust, the new shining star in the realm of programming languages. Specifically, we would like to understand why Rust has become the best language to replace C/C++. Two examples will be presented in detail:
(i) Populating a text template from an SQL database, and
(ii) Developing a solution for Sudoku.
The lecture will take place on May 19, 2023 (Friday) at 13:00 at the Opole University of Technology, 76 Prószkowska Street, Building P5, Room 101, 1st floor.
